DesFit just covered the Fitbit Air in a new video, testing how its heart rate and sleep tracking stack up during actual workouts. It was interesting to see how this screenless tracker performed compared to more specialized gear like the Garmin fēnix 8 Pro and the Edge 850 cycling computer.
